Alex Matheson

Chef

Alex was brought up on the Isle of Skye. He began his working career in his home town of Portree where he trained to be a chef. He then decided to move to the central belt and studied design for a couple of years.

Alex decided to move back to Skye in 2007, joined the Columban team in 2008 and is now in the process of buying his first home.
