Rhoda MacLennan-Trusswell

HR & Operations Manager

 Rhoda originally hails from the island of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides.

After completing her degree is hospitality and leisure management, Rhoda moved to North Yorkshire where she firstly managed a small restaurant with rooms and then headed a sales team for a catering wholesaler.

In 2001, Rhoda and her now husband Richard made the decision to move closer to “home” and the subsequent job search began. In 2002, Rhoda began working with Columba 1400 as part of the Programme Team.

Rhoda now welcomes the challenge of her new role in HR with Columba, a role which offers her the opportunity to focus on the staff of an organisation she is hugely passionate about.
