Mark Bell
Chief Exec - Renewabell Consulting
Born and educated in Scotland, Mark is an honours graduate in Scots and European law. He has worked in the legal, retail, manufacturing and F.M.C.G. industries and has been published in various periodicals. In his last position Mark was the Head of Human resources for Boots the Chemist.
In his various organisational roles, Mark has worked with senior executives as both coach and general manager and worked closely with management in their development both personally and of their talent management and performance programmes.
Mark is qualified in mediation and conflict resolution form Woodbury College, Vermont and holds the Certificate in Business Communications from the International N.L.P. Training Association.
Mark works with clients in sectors as diverse as financial services, manufacturing, utilities, education and banking.
He is co-author of the Gemini Project TM (precursor to the Coracle Program) and works closely with various charitable and community organisations such as
He is a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society Committee for Perthshire and Kinross, a member of the Scottish Mediation Network and a Panel member of Catalyst Mediation.
Mark founded re-find the future TM with Robert Henderson of rhintegrity to promote an approach to leadership, organisational and personal renewal.
Married and living in the beautiful Perthshire countryside, Mark is a keen sportsman and now participates in Triathlons. He is a firm believer in fulfilment through mind, body and spirit.

Rod Liddon
1940 - 2005
On April 15th 2005 our long time supporter, instructor and dear, dear friend, Rod Liddon, passed away at home with his family after some months of suffering. Rod has been a powerful part of Columba 1400 for many years. We have had the privilege of working closely with him and we feel the loss keenly. Rod’s integrity, clarity of thought and incredible and enduring sense of purpose had a profound impact. He touched the lives of so many people both through his work with Columba 1400 and through his wider role within the community. Rod has contributed more than most are able to in a lifetime, as a distinguished soldier in his earlier life and as a crofter, activist and instructor. He will be sorely missed.
The thoughts and prayers of the Columban team and Board are with Rod’s family.
The many kind emails and letters which poured in from those whose lives Rod had touched are a testament to the effect he had on so many people.
