Programmes

We offer two main programmes focused on young people – the Young People’s Leadership Academy (YPLA) and the Ambassadors’ Leadership Academy (ALA).  Whilst similar in structure and content, each programme is designed to meet slightly different needs.  The YPLA engages vulnerable young people aged 14-24 and staff from education, social care services and third sector organisations supporting the young people.  The ALA is brings together students and staff into a shared leadership development experience and ongoing dialogue focused on the future of a school or educational setting.
